Do you quote before starting?

Yes. The cost is worked out and agreed before the job begins. Reviewers mention being kept up front about both the time and the cost the whole way through.

Can you replace a hot water system the same day?

It depends on what is on the truck and what the house needs, but Andy has turned a cold house around the same day before. Call early and he will tell you honestly what is possible.

Do you do the tiling as well?

On shower work, yes. Andy has rebuilt a shower and tiled the shower unit as part of putting a badly waterproofed job right.

Is it worth repairing an old tap or replacing it?

Often a washer or cartridge is all it needs, and that is the cheaper answer. Andy will tell you which way is better value rather than defaulting to a replacement.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. A single leaking tap is a completely normal job and gets the same care as a bathroom.
